  • The Glades HOA Board is a group of volunteer homeowners who support the community's operations — overseeing maintenance, shared infrastructure needs, and financials. The board of directors guide decisions that uphold property values and community standards. Elections take place each year at the annual owners’ meeting.

    • Eliminate human / wildlife garbage incidents through bear-proof garbage requirements

    • Install road-way signage to address traffic flow and winter parking issues

    • Create neighborhood-wide litter reduction and clean-up initiatives

    • Address road maintenance needs related to construction and development

  • Dues Fund:

    • Snow removal on HOA roads (excludes driveways)

    • Road surface maintenance and signage within HOA

    • Basic upkeep of common spaces (Glades entryway)

    • Operational costs — accounting, insurance, etc.

    • Reserve funds for future repairs and maintenance
