About:
-
Glades HOA Board positions are volunteer roles focused on guiding and supporting the community. Board members meet regularly to review budgets, plan for maintenance and improvements, and make decisions that help preserve property values and community standards. They work with property managers, service providers, and Whitefish Mountain Resort to coordinate services such as snow removal, road maintenance, and other shared infrastructure. Board members also respond to owner questions and concerns, manage community guidelines, and follow the governing documents to make fair, consistent decisions in the best interest of all owners—helping maintain a safe, well-managed, and enjoyable community for everyone. Board elections for the Glades HOA take place at the annual meeting of members, which is held once each year.
